Monday night pub, 8.30pm onwards at Fox and Duck
Tuesday - 6.15 Intervals and Goodwin the down to Endcliffe Park
Wednesday - SYO Clubnight, this is a night orienteering session in the city, please look on the forum for details of where to meet and what time
Thursday - 4.15 Sprint orienteering intervals, meet at Goodwin. See http://www.shuoc.co.uk/sprintervals.html  for details. Please print off your own map.
Sunday - Long run, details will go up on the forum towards the end of the week so please check for details of time and place. We will try to get out to the peaks, at the moment the plan is likely to be Edale.
