Good results for our girls at Sheldon on Thursday - 1st Lady for Anna and 2nd Intermediate for Hannah earning them both a bottle of wine and a pretty medal.  Last weekend saw many of our members return to Sheffield for a weekend of fun and games. We were split into two teams with 'Jazzy Jeff's Exotic Weekenders' being by far superior (i'm not biased at all) and took part in a series of challenges including a fell race/orienteering course on Blackamoor, 'social' challenges at the Captain's house and some good old fashioned sports day events near Burbage. Fun was had by all (we hope) and are looking forward to being reunited again at the Scottish and Aviemore in September. (photos in the gallery) Nic Barber managed a sizeable PB to come in 1st despite racing at the weekend. Anna Hoogkamer was 39th (2nd lady) with a PB of over 1min (someone wasn't trying hard enough last time) and Hannah Bradley battled through illness to come in 114 (11th lady) so well done to them!
Well done to Nic Barber (19th) and Jack Wright (22nd) who went off to Bradda Niarbyl for the most recent English Champs Race and had to contend with a bizarre start right on the side of a steep accent!
