Weekly Update

ShUOC have been busy with events close to home and further afield as well as keeping up with training🏃🏼‍♀️🏃🏻

On Thursday, 9 ShUOCers ran the Rother Valley Relays. One lap of Rother Valley, 5km and complete it in the fastest time possible. The men’s relay consisted of 4 legs, with the women’s having 3. A huge congratulations to the two ShUOC teams who came 14th overall in the Men’s (Dom Green, Evan Bowers, Jack Baker and Adrien Gallet) and 9th overall in Womens (Maya Hampshire Wright, Rebecca Ward and Chloe Potter). Congratulations to Alice Gamble and Toby Antcliff for their performances in their respective teams🏅

At the weekend, 9 ShUOCers headed to the Lake District for Ambleside AC Fairfield Fell Race. A huge well done to all who completed the 14.5km course with 914m of climb. The 
overall results are as follows:
