CIRCUITSEvery Monday at 17:00 there will be a circuits session held in Activity Room 2 at Goodwin Sports Centre. Circuits consists of periods of effort, working the core muscles, followed by a short period of rest. We have a qualified personal coach on our team who will help run these sessions and put us through our paces!

INTERVALSMuch like our Hills session, Interval training is made up of a short period of fast running, followed by a period of recovery. Intervals are a great way to improve aerobic endurance and increase overall speed. This session is normally run after Drills on a Tuesday at 18:30. Meet at Endcliffe Park Cafe.
