Just to remind you these are the general training sessions for the year:
Circuits - 5.30pm at Goodwin Sports Centre, Activity Room 2.
This session involves peforming a number of exercises at different stations - great for general fitness and strength. This session is FREE to ShUOC members and £1 for non-members.
Pub - 8:30pm at The Fox and Duck in Broomhill.
Tuesday: Intervals - Meet at 6:00pm at the gates to Goodwin Sports Centre or 6:15pm at the monument in Endcliffe Park.
Thursday: Hills - Meet at 6.00pm at the gates to Goodwin Sports Centre.
Saturday 4th October: Give it a go Fell Running
A trip into the beautiful peak district. We'll get the bus out and then split into running groups of different length/pace eventually meeting up at a cafe. Its a good day to meet the current members and get to know more about the club. You'll need to get a ticket from the box office for £3.
Wednesday 8th October: Freshers Meal
A meal at BB's on Division Street followed by a few drinks and then up to ROAR/Corp. Come along for just the meal or both parts and it is a great chance for everyone to meet each other. More Details
