                    Hills

                    We meet for hills, on Thursdays at 6.30pm, in front of Goodwin Sports Centre. From there we will all jog together to the hill for the week. Much like intervals, hills consist of periods of hard work up the hill, followed by a period of recovery running down the hill. Hills are great for aerobic endurance and leg strength.
