Here's what's going on this week!

Monday - 5.30pm Circuits, Goodwin Activity Room 2

Monday night pub, 8.30 onwards in Fox and Duck

Tuesday - 6.15 Intervals, meet outside the gates of Goodwin and we will run down to Endcliffe Park

Wednesday - 6.45 Clubnight, Pearson Building, Sport Hallam, this week is being run by Vanessa.

ALSO BEERIENTEERING VS ATHLETICS. This is combined social with Athletics where we all dress up in the worst/brightest lycra that you can find. It starts with a barcrawl through Broomhill and will end in Roar. It will be a brilliant night, so find your brightest and worst lycra (Cow on West Street is a prime location for finding cheap and bright lycra) and if you haven't already asked for a ticket then please reply to the email or post on the forum. Meeting time and place will be sent out Tuesday I imagine. It is going to be amaaazing!!

Thursday - 4.30 Sprint orienteering intervals, please print off your own map, www.shuoc.co.uk/sprintervals.html, we will meet outside the gates of Goodwin and then run to the start.

For the weekend, we will plan another run in the peaks, information about this will be sent out nearer the time so keep checking the forum if you're interested.

That's it for now! See you at Beerienteering :)

Saturday am:
For those not running the Kinder Trial, meet at 10:30am at the main car park in Edale as shown below. This is a pay and display car park, so you need change for the machine (probably approx. £3-4).
We will go for a run for up to 2 hours in two or three groups, there will be maps within each group. Each group must stick together but can return as early as they wish - make sure you have waterproofs and a bum bag/rucksack for on the hill and plenty of warm clothes for standing around after running.

Saturday pm:
We will eat lunch when everyone is back down and drive into Sheffield for the afternoon training in Endcliffe Park. We will be parking on Riverdale Road aiming to meet at approx. 2:30pm, here:
We will run a couple of short technical orienteering exercises before calling an end of the day’s activity. Make sure you have a compass for this!

Saturday eve:
Post orienteering we will retire to our accommodations and get sorted out for the evening. Everyone will meet up in broomhill at 7:00pm (possibly earlier if wanted), get food and find somewhere to sit in the Fox and Duck pub (where they allow food until 9pm I believe). We will later head to Pop Tarts (will let you know price of tickets later but should be no more than £4 hopefully).

Sunday am:
Orienteering on one of Sheffield’s best urban forests - Wincobank. There will be a few loops to run and the potential to race one another if you wish to. Meeting at 11:00am, on Wensley St:
We will then depart early afternoon giving people plenty of time to get back home.

See you saturday!
